1. The Service

2048 Quest is a free, browser-based collection of 2048 puzzle games, including the original 2048 by Gabriele Cirulli and themed variants such as Cupcakes, Cats, Alphabet, Couch, and others.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the service will always be error-free.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use 2048 Quest only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its servers
• Use automated tools such as bots or scrapers excessively
• Reverse-engineer or derive source code from compiled site components
• Use the site to distribute malware, spam, or illegal content
• Impersonate Yoda Games or claim affiliation that does not exist

3. Intellectual Property

Our content

The website design, theme illustrations, written content, and original code on 2048 Quest are the property of Yoda Games, except where otherwise attributed.

The original 2048 game logic is based on Gabriele Cirulli's open-source 2048 project (MIT License, 2014), used in compliance with that license.

You may:

• Play the games freely for personal, non-commercial use
• Share links to the site
• Embed our games on other sites with proper attribution and prior contact

You may not:

• Copy or redistribute our original artwork
• Re-host the entire site under a different name
• Sell access to our games

Third-party content

Some libraries, icons, fonts, or other assets may be licensed from third parties under their own terms. Where applicable, attribution is included in the source code or accompanying materials.

4. User-Generated Content

2048 Quest does not currently accept user-generated content beyond what users send through the Contact page. Any content you send to us may be used to improve the service or respond to your inquiry.

5. Disclaimers

No real money. 2048 Quest is a free entertainment site. There is no real money, no gambling, no in-app purchases, and no prizes. Scores shown in the games have no monetary value.

No warranty. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

No professional advice. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yoda Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use 2048 Quest
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any bugs, viruses, or harmful code transmitted through the site

In no event shall our total liability exceed 100 USD or the amount you paid us, which is currently 0 because the site is free to use.

7. Third-Party Links

2048 Quest may contain links to third-party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to 2048 Quest if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.

You can stop using the site at any time by simply closing the browser tab.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Yoda Games is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
